Artichokes Pudding

Many will be surprised this post with pictures without prescription. I thought you had left scheduled for Tuesday and was away from home most of Monday. My surprise was seeing, on arrival, he had scheduled for Monday instead of Tuesday and was therefore released Monday as I left it, with pictures but no text. Now, here's the text. This pudding you will love artichokes. Looks good right? It is a delight. The other day my mother came home and prepared a rich artichoke omelette. I ate it in a sandwich and I thought this recipe, which is like a sandwich but made casserole and baked au gratin. Do not miss it, with 4 humble artichokes (less than 1 euro) and day-old bread, eggs and milk that you have a great cenita even children will love.

Ingredients for two:

4 artichokes

half loaf of bread (125 grams)

3 eggs

1 cup milk

Salt, pepper

Olive oil

Grated cheese

a handful of pine nuts

PREPARATION:

Peel the artichokes taking away the harder layers, cut the tip and the back and cut half moons. The fry in skillet with olive oil, season and add some chopped fresh parsley if desired. In a bowl, break bread into small pieces something hard, and add the milk and beaten eggs, season well. We add sauteed artichokes and we put all the batter into a greased, bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. After this time the source is removed and added a pinch of grated cheese and pine nuts and broil about 5 minutes on the grill.

I've made this recipe several times with small variations, always delicious. The one I liked best served cold, is omitted but added grated cheese and artichoke pulp neutral gelatin. At the end is allowed to set in the refrigerator.
