Pepper Rose Chef Contest
As I comment very often, one of the main reasons for Pink Pepper is to share recipes that are healthy, easy and tasty (I just realized, three ESES). Recipes with a good amount of vegetables, with few ingredients and usually seasonal and appetizing, tasty, "with grace" (as one of you in a comment.
We are confident that you can eat healthy, smooth and bland with no result, and also know it's a way to feed our children that in our case, is resulting. Not always, of course, but do not expect it so at all times, not just cook this way, we also enjoyed the food without being outstanding if it is healthy or not.
Today we present the competition we have organized and pursued precisely that, find and evaluate the best Pink Pepper-style recipes. We want to meet and know the best Chefs Pink Pepper, have a blog or not, whether here or there, to participate occasionally or often.
Chefs know that there are many unconnected Pink Pepper, people cooking with little time but try to create dishes with wit, people going to eat more vegetables or at least he is trying, people who like to "play" in the kitchen. For all of you is dedicated and directed this contest. Do you want to join us and turn you into Pink Pepper Chef?
Here's the formal part ... the contest:
1. The contest will be monthly, start earlier this month and will close one week before the end of the month, to proceed to the vote. The winner will be announced before the start of the next contest. The deadline for submitting recipes is 25 each month.
2. The jury will have three components: Pink Pepper himself and two guest blogs.
3. There will be five evaluation criteria:
a. having a good content of vegetables (or fruit)
b. that are simple, with few ingredients, without much complication, rapid
c. with grace, vitality, as they desire by sight
d. that the presentation and photo quality are optimal
e. the accompanying text is clear, explanatory, and entertaining
4. You do not need to blog contest (not all chefs are bloggers pink pepper). You can also compete if it is out of Spain provided that in case of winning is provided a local address where to send the gift.
5. The recipe will be posted on your blog (if you have it) because of the competition (if you have it already posted on the blog may compete but will have to mention on the blog in a new post is the recipe for the contest) and send email link to contact the writing on the subject we value: Pink Pepper Chef Competition and the month in question. In this email adjuntaréis the photo you want your recipe to appear in the gallery will mount at the end of the month with all the recipes participants. That will be the photo that will be assessed but the post in your blog can have many other photos if you like. Participants without blog will have to send the photo and the recipe with a short introduction like a post in question.
6. Each month we will propose a different basis for the recipe.
7. Each month there will be a different prize donated by a sponsor of the contest.
8. The winner may participate by leaving a month off until the next participation, ie the same person can not win twice.
9. You can place the banners of the contest in your blog if you want but not prerequisite to participate.
