I like projects and initiatives that have the food in the center of action and has always haunted me put in any gear head myself, with other entrepreneurial friends have commented many times any idea, mostly takeout takeout. So I liked the project I eat well and I've felt it a try.
I eat well founded with the idea of bringing home a basket with the ingredients for a week eat two. 5 meals balanced and with quality ingredients. Personally I find it very useful, not every week, but for those in which impossible things you come out a routine. For example, if you go on a trip this weekend, arriving on Monday and already have all the meals for the week can be programmed a relief, or if you have a week with deadlines to hand in any work, or if you are sick and you can not leave the house ... that sort of thing, or just because you cook it works well.
The cart contains all the ingredients to cook for 5 recipes, food quality and quantity and a complete recipe to follow cooking steps. Recipes carrying basket I tried were: cod with orange sauce and nuts, sautéed garlic and prawns, steak with mushroom sauce, potato salad and creamy zucchini mom with croutons.
I eat well at the moment are based in Valencia and Madrid, follow the link to get all the information about this service and how to order.
And I want to show cod, because it is a recipe that I loved and thoroughly enjoyed. Simple, healthy and tasty.
2 cod fillets
1 handful of raw almonds
1 handful of raisins
1 tub of honey
1 sweet potato
1 teaspoon flour
Salt and pepper
Squeeze the oranges in a saucepan with a few drops of oil, fry the almonds (careful, they burn easily), add the raisins and 1 teaspoon flour. Stir and cook a minute. Add orange juice and stir slowly. Add salt and pepper and pour the honey. Take a little orange zest and add it to the sauce. Cook a couple of minutes. Prepare the mashed potato. Crush or muss with fork, add a little butter or olive oil and season to taste.
Cook the cod in a hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil
Serve the cod with orange sauce and nuts along with some seasoned tomato
